We are looking for a creative and skilled AI video creator to help us transform real estate property images into engaging 10-second videos for Instagram and TikTok. These short videos will be used to advertise properties, showcase features, and attract potential buyers through eye-catching, professional, and modern content. Responsibilities: - Use AI tools and creative editing to turn property images into smooth, high-quality 10-second videos. - Add dynamic transitions, animations, text overlays (property details, location, pricing), and music to make the videos social-media ready. - Tailor the videos to Instagram Reels and TikTok formats (vertical, 9:16 ratio). - Deliver content that is visually appealing, attention-grabbing, and optimized for real estate marketing. Requirements: - Proven experience with AI video creation/editing tools (e.g., Runway, Pika Labs, Kaiber, or similar). - Strong portfolio of short-form video content (preferably real estate or product ads). - Ability to work with image-only assets and create movement, depth, and engaging visuals. - Understanding of Instagram and TikTok content trends. - Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines.
