You will build the systems that teach AI to accurately extract, summarize, and classify complex data from pharmaceutical contracts, medical enrollment forms, and legal amendments. What You Will Do Prompt Engineering & RAG: Design and refine advanced prompts, system messages, and templates for clause extraction and healthcare document classification.Production-Ready Backend: Build document ingestion and processing workflows using Python (FastAPI/Django/Pydantic) and vector search.Accuracy & Quality: Implement and tune RAG components, chunking strategies, and retrieval logic while developing automated test frameworks to mitigate hallucinations.Compliance & Security: Collaborate with legal and pharmacy operations teams to ensure AI outputs meet strict pharmaceutical compliance and data safety standards.
