We run an agency that delivers high-quality Amazon A+ Content for Amazon sellers. Over the last year, we’ve created 1,000+ standardized one-page documents (A+ Content Plans). Each plan outlines the module types, dimensions, headlines, subheadlines, and visual directions that guide our graphic designers. We want to automate as much of this process as possible using AI + structured workflows. What we envision: Using our 1,000+ plans as training/reference data so the system can generate new plans in our exact format. Inputs per project: book cover, manuscript (or excerpt), book description, and client notes. Output: a perfectly formatted A+ Content Plan (modules, copy, visual directions), maybe multiple headline/subheadline options for a human to select from. Automation: WooCommerce → Make (Integromat) → Airtable → Google Drive flow that handles inputs, AI generation, validation, and structured outputs. Guardrails: JSON schema enforcement, Amazon A+ compliance rules (no medical claims, no pricing, no “best of” language), and a human-in-the-loop approval step. What we need from you: Experience building AI-powered workflows (LLMs with retrieval/fine-tuning, JSON schema enforcement, prompt engineering). Ability to design a pipeline that is robust, scalable, and saves hundreds of hours of manual copywriting/formatting. Optional but valuable: experience with Google Drive automation and rendering outputs (Google Docs, PDFs) from structured data. Deliverable (phase 1): Build a prototype workflow that takes a sample input (cover, description, manuscript excerpt) and generates a valid A+ Content Plan in our standard layout. Store the plan in Airtable and render into a Google Doc template. Human reviewer can approve/edit; approved version routes to the design team. Who we’re looking for: You’ve worked on similar AI + automation projects (preferably in marketing, publishing, or e-commerce). You understand how to combine structured databases (Airtable) with LLMs for repeatable outputs. You can work fast, communicate clearly, and collaborate with our team to design the right solution.
