The goal is to quickly analyze contracts, extract key clauses, and flag potential risks using AI. This is a fast-moving project focused on a working prototype for legal teams. What We Need Parse contracts (PDFs, Word) and extract key clauses like termination, indemnification, obligations, and confidentiality. Implement risk identification for unusual or high-risk clauses. Build a simple demo or API to test outputs. Use LLMs, embeddings, and vector search to understand legal text. Required Skills Python & NLP frameworks (PyTorch, Hugging Face, OpenAI API, LangChain, LlamaIndex). Document parsing (PyMuPDF, pdfplumber, etc.). Vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate). Experience building AI MVPs, preferably for legal, finance, or compliance applications. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Bonus: Some familiarity with legal contracts or clause classification. Deliverables MVP pipeline for contract parsing and clause extraction. Risk detection and highlighting of unusual clauses.
