We are building a SaaS MVP and seeking an AI/ML Strategist with hands-on experience in: • Multi-agent systems (agent routing, orchestration, collaboration). • LLM integration (Claude, GPT, Gemini, Grok). • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. • Memory architectures and evaluation harnesses. Your role will include: • Designing and implementing RAG pipelines (schemas, retrievers, embeddings). • Deploying and refining 6 agents (Sales, Retention, Strategy, Marketing, Analytics, Admin). • Benchmarking LLMs (performance, latency, cost) and recommending best-fit models per use case. • Building evaluation pipelines (logging, golden queries, feedback loops). • Collaborating with a CTO (UX/Product Lead) and Full Stack Developer to deliver a production-ready MVP in 13 weeks. Timeline & Commitment: • Duration: 13 weeks (Oct–Dec 2025) • Hours: ~20 hrs/week • Start: Immediate (October 1st) • Contract-to-hire: Strong possibility of full-time in 2026 (investors lined up after MVP delivery).
