About your team Enterprise Infrastructure Services are responsible for the day to day running of Fidelity’s IT solutions and services. We provide secure, reliable and accessible infrastructure on a global scale enabling employees (and customers), to work flexibly and dynamically whilst feeling supported and secure. About your role We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager to lead the rollout and operational management of AI-enabled personal productivity tools cross FIL. These tools include, but are not limited to, Microsoft Copilot and Chat, Enterprise ChatGPT, and potentially AI-powered low-code/no-code platforms. The successful candidate will act as the Product Owner, responsible for delivering business value through these tools while driving their adoption, governance, financial sustainability, and continuous enhancement. This role will involve close collaboration with internal stakeholders across business and technology functions, as well as external vendors, to deliver a seamless and impactful AI-driven digital workplace experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with deploying vendor-supplied AI solutions, strong knowledge of practical AI applications in everyday business workflows, and a structured approach to project and vendor relationship management. About you Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Ownership Define and drive the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle of AI-enabled productivity tools for end users across FIL. Serve as the Product Owner, overseeing backlog management, feature prioritization, and iterative rollout and delivery. Ensure the evolving toolset continues to meet the changing needs of the business and reflects advancements in AI. Vendor & Contract Management Manage relationships with key vendors such as Microsoft, OpenAI, and low-code/no-code platform providers. Negotiate, execute and monitor vendor contracts, track SLAs, and drive alignment between vendor deliverables and internal objectives and standards, e.g. security/compliance requirements Conduct regular reviews and joint planning with vendors to evolve product capabilities. Evaluate vendor performance and contribute to renewal, scaling, or replacement decisions Facilitate new vendor assessments and due diligence alongside procurement, legal, and security teams Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management Partner with business teams, technology groups, and governance functions to align AI tool deployment with business outcomes. Facilitate cross-team collaboration to ensure company standards such as security, compliance, and ethical AI practices are embedded. User Enablement & Adoption & Support Lead change management, training, and communication strategies to ensure high adoption and impactful use of AI tools. Partner with learning and communications teams to drive change and adoption Establish and maintain a support framework, including user onboarding, documentation, training, and Tier 1/2 support pathways Track and resolve issues, serving as the primary internal escalation point for AI tool incidents Monitor user feedback, adoption metrics, and sentiment to continuously refine the product experience Financial Ownership & Cost Management Own and manage the annual budget for the AI Productivity Tools portfolio, including licensing, vendor costs, and internal delivery resources. Work closely with Finance and Technology leadership to ensure accurate allocation costs to consuming business units. Track and report operational expenditures, identify opportunities for cost optimization, and ensure commercial value from vendor contracts. Support investment cases and funding proposals aligned with product roadmap and enterprise priorities. Team Leadership & Execution Lead and develop a cross-functional team comprising product analysts, engineers, change agents, and platform experts. Drive agile ways of working and foster a culture of innovation, user-centricity, and continuous improvement. Skills Required Essential Proven track record as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a technology or digital workplace context. Deep understanding of AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Power Platform. Experience leading teams in an agile and collaborative environment. Strong vendor management experience, including contract negotiation and delivery governance. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, cost models, and vendor financials. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences. Desirable Knowledge of AI governance frameworks, compliance considerations, and change management principles. Familiarity with user experience design, digital adoption platforms, and analytics tools.
