We are looking for an experienced AI developer/automation engineer to take over an ECO4 project that has stalled with our current developer. The goal is to build a fully automated qualification system for ECO4 leads. Scope of Work: • Build AI voice agent (VAPI preferred) to handle inbound/outbound calls using a compliance script. • Integrate with GoHighLevel CRM (lead tagging, pipeline updates). • Set up automations in n8n (or Zapier) for lead routing, callbacks, missed calls, and installer handovers. • Connect EPC checker (Python/API) for bulk and live property lookups. • Failover handling: auto-schedule callbacks if AI cannot complete. • Provide documentation and optional ongoing support. We already have: • Flow chart of the full process. • Approved qualification script. • Basic GHL pipeline. • Python EPC checker script. Requirements: • Proven experience with AI call agents (VAPI, Twilio, Voiceflow, etc.). • Strong API and automation skills (n8n required). • Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM. • Python/NodeJS for EPC integration. • UK lead-gen or ECO4 experience is a bonus. Deliverables: • Fully working and tested ECO4 AI qualification system. • GHL + automation integrations live. • EPC checker fully integrated. • Documentation for handover.
