We have an existing platform where advisors create custom company sites and upload plan documents (e.g., SPDs, amendments, fee disclosures). We need to integrate an AI assistant into these sites. Employees visiting their company’s site should be able to: - Ask natural language questions about their 401(k) plan. - Receive answers only from their company’s uploaded documents. - See citations (document title + page) in the response. - Get a fallback message when no relevant info is found. Key Requirements: - Strict data isolation: no cross-company leakage. - Chat-style interface embedded into each company site. - Secure handling of sensitive plan documents. - Fast, reliable responses. Deliverables: - Working AI assistant integrated into our existing platform. - Process for uploading/indexing documents so the AI references the correct ones. - Documentation for integration and deployment.
