The team is seeking a talented lawyer with 3+ years' PQE, ideally someone experienced in managing rural property transactions from start to finish. You'll handle a broad range of rural and agricultural property matters, including: Sales and purchases of farms, estates, and agricultural landAgricultural tenancies and estate management workSecured lending and strategic land projectsRenewable energy, conservation, and natural capital initiativesAdvising rural businesses on property structures and succession planning You'll work alongside experienced partners on complex and high-value matters, supporting a diverse client base of landowners, lenders, and rural enterprises.
