We are seeking a skilled and reliable Forklift Operative to join our team during the busy Harvest period from July to the end of October. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a counterbalanced forklift and performing various seed plant labour duties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate a counterbalanced forklift to move and stack materials safely and efficiently.
- Assist with seed plant operations, including loading and unloading materials.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on the forklift and report any issues.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Support other team members with general labour tasks as needed.

- Valid Counterbalance RITB Licence.
- Previous experience operating a counterbalanced forklift.
- Ability to perform manual labour and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Must be local to Colsterworth or have own transport due to limited public transport connections.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including extended hours during peak times.

long term temporary role

Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Peak hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Basic wage: £13.25 p/h
