- Salary: Circa £75,000 dependent on experience
What you’ll be doing
- Driving the organisation-wide adoption of Agile ways of working, supporting EIT teams to embed Agile principles and practices effectively
- Spearheading Agile transformations across teams and projects, ensuring best practices are consistently applied and sustained
- Promoting collaboration, innovation, and efficiency by embedding Agile methodologies and cultivating a mindset of continuous improvement
- Designing and executing an Agile adoption roadmap aligned with business objectives, leveraging SAFe and Scaled Agile frameworks to enable enterprise-level agility
- Establishing a culture where teams feel empowered to experiment, learn, and improve within a structured, supportive framework
- Coaching teams and leaders on Agile tools and techniques, delivering targeted training sessions and developing engaging learning materials to upskill the business
Your skills and experiences
Essential
- Experienced leading teams within Agile ways of working (and experience with tailoring that approach to suit different needs)
- Experience in SAFe implementation supported by SAFe accreditation (e.g SAFe for Teams, Leading SAFe etc.)
- Experience in complex Digital Transformations
- Educated in multiple Agile frameworks (e.g Scrum, Kanban, DevOps)
- Experience delivering training/ coaching
Desirable
- SAFe Practitioner Consultation qualification

The team
- As an Agile Coach you will provide direction and leadership to the CI & Transformation team as we support EIT in implementing Agile as they embark on a huge transformation programme under One DDC. This is an excellent opportunity to join at the beginning of a new transformation programme which will revolutionise the way we do things and has sponsorship at a senior level within the company.
