Aftersales Specialist People Solutions are currently recruiting for an After Sales Specialist to join a leading company based in Warrington. You will help deliver a best-in-class experience from end to end for each consumer journey. You will help identify, measure, and improve consumer touch points with root cause analysis to help build a consumer centric division. Shifts: Monday - Friday - 9.00am - 5.00pm Pay rate: £12.50 per hour Benefits: Your benefits as an After Sales Specialist are: Guaranteed hoursWeekly payOnsite car parkHybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 WFH Day to Day Duties: Your duties as an After Sales Specialist will be: Support the aftersales service partner relationship by updating and resolving complaints within agreed timeframeReport on learnings from complaints in agreed format with aim of minimising re-occurrenceCarry out root cause analysis associated with highly complex complaints to develop solutions focusing on best-in-class customer serviceEnsure decisions are made accurately and promptly, following the GDHA policies & proceduresCollaborate with a wide range of internal contacts to support the resolution of complaintsIdentify areas of improvement to processes & service and assisting in implementing change initiatives to improve the quality of service provided to all customersTo assist with the preparation of monthly reports on Key Performance Objectives to the business and presenting the data in management meetings as and when requiredTo liaise with relevant departments to discuss potential solutions to common complaints and make recommendations on how we can improve our servicesTo respond to and build relationships with our consumers across all our online
