Join our snack-loving teamWe’re looking for an Advanced Team Member to join us at KP Snacks. About the role As an Advanced Team Member, you will play a key role in keeping our line running safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Working nights on a one week on, one week off pattern, you will lead by example on health and safety, hygiene and performance. You’ll support your colleagues day to day, coach others to build capability, and help drive continuous improvement on the line. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys problem solving, working with people and taking pride in delivering great results as part of a team.
