We are launching a business and need a multi-platform ads and SEO specialist who can: • Launch campaigns across Google, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok (and other socials if useful) • Build backlinks and ensure our website has a solid SEO foundation so traffic continues long-term • Set up retargeting funnels to capture warm leads and repeat traffic • Optimize campaigns for ROI and conversions, not just clicks • Handle tracking setup (GA4, GTM, TikTok Pixel, Meta Pixel, conversion events) • Provide transparent reporting on ad spend, traffic, conversions, and backlink progress What we’re looking for: • Someone who can start within 24 hours • Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and SEO/backlinks • A clear 7-day plan for both ads + SEO actions (budget allocation, backlinks strategy, and expected results) • Strong communication and ability to pivot campaigns quickly This is a short initial project (under 1 month) but will grow into a long-term role if results are delivered.
