What you will be responsible for: ADS Product lead for Alpha Change Management -Workflow Owner of ADS, ensuring ADS requests are addressed by the correct parties (sized, resourced, communicated etc)Ownership of the ADS Deal governance tollgate processSupport development and execution of DataGX migration strategyEstablish strong partnerships with Practice leads and stakeholders in Operations, Technology and other product teams within the State Street to influence and coordinate cross-functional business solutions and products, in support of client and business goalsGathering of business/system requirements by facilitating user/client meetings and interviewing key stakeholdersLead strategic projects for the ADS product organization; e.g., conducting research, collecting data, forming opinions and providing recommendationsOwnership of TMO/resource management related activities for ADS Product, including demand management, budgeting, approval
