About the Role As Admissions Manager you will lead the application processes for our client’s Film and Games provision. This is a commercially focused role with responsibility for converting enquiries and applications through to successful enrolment. You will be accountable for achieving annual targets, managing performance, and ensuring a high-quality applicant experience. What You’ll Do: Lead, manage and develop a team of Admissions Officers to deliver individual and departmental enrolment targets.Oversee the effective processing of all admissions activity including enquiries, assessments, applicant communication and record management.Produce regular reporting on admissions data and performance, highlighting trends or concerns to the Head of Admissions.Drive continuous improvement of processes to enhance the applicant journey.Lead operational planning and delivery around key admissions periods, including the UCAS equal consideration deadline and clearing.Support wider recruitment and admissions activity, including open days, assessment days and enrolment.Ensure accuracy and compliance in the use of admissions databases and student records systems.Act as deputy for the Head of Admissions when required.
