Provide an effective and high quality Application and Enrolment service that puts the applicant at its heart, working as an integral member of the Admissions and Enrolment team, across all functions of the student recruitment to ensure that core services are delivered to the highest customer service standards, using data collection and amendment systems and procedures to ensure that all requests relating to student data are processed in an efficient and timely manner and ensuring the timely organisation of interviews and processing of offers, along with supporting all activities related to enrolment.


Main Responsibilities and Duties:


The following is an indication of the type and level of the main priorities expected of this role as directed by Executive Director, Vice Principal, or Director of Service and is not intended to be a comprehensive list of duties or tasks:
1. Acknowledge applications, organise interviews and process offers within agreed timeframes, supporting the Admissions process with attendance at College marketing events such as Open Days to provide advice on the application process and answering Applicant enquiries.
2. Provide advice and guidance to applicants regarding their options related to their course application and fee assessments.
3. Assist the Admissions Team Leader and Registry Manager with the organisation and delivery of an effective enrolment service, assessing students funding eligibility, funding status, overseas status and prior achievement using the PLR, including translating overseas qualifications to support the entry requirements into the right curriculum level and course.
4. Process student data such as enrolments, withdrawals, transfers, change of details etc., in accordance with agreed processes and procedures.
5. Maintain an understanding of ILR and funding rules and regulations to ensure that the application process supports the production of accurate and valid data.
6. Advise teaching and support staff on the systems, processes and procedures related to student recruitment, in order to support them in carrying out their role.
Process requests for student information and subject access requests in accordance with agreed data protection regulations and College policies.
