PPM Administrator - Welbourn, Lincs - Attractive salary ALH Recruitment are looking to recruit a PPM Administrator with immediate effect for our client who lead their industry, based closed to Welbourn in Lincolnshire. Job Purpose: A key operational role to ensure sustainable business growth occurs. You will work cross functionally with different areas of the business which are primarily field managers, engineers, stores/manufacturing, field sales, and customers.Responsibilities & Duties: CustomersDeliver an excellent service delivery for both regional & key account customersDeliver a service that meets customer SLA’s and KPI’sAchieve ‘turn around’ times on jobs so they are within agreed SLA’sDrive AWR (Additional Work Required) quality through engineers to meet customer spend criteria thresholdsKeep customer updated throughout; and deliver bad news firstOperationsUpload and create contracts on protean Pre plan Engineer diary’s and oversee daily running of engineers Order plant/access equipment; and that it is on site the day before works is planned to commenceOrganising hotels and accommodationAgree collection dates for plant/access equipment so ‘extended hire charges’ can be avoided Assist senior PPM Coordinator in keeping engineers productiveCheck all completed jobs and update status for invoicing/further works, as requiredOrganising Pat testing for all engineers. FinancialsSupport Achieving monthly regional targetActively reduce ‘aged’ jobs to achieve agreed SLA’s and KPI’sWorking a Live P&L Assist the National Service Commercial Manager to (NSCM) identify Key Accounts;Assist the NSCM to identify new opportunities to grow the Service Operation in Scotland; If you feel you have the skills and experience to step
