I am recruiting for an experienced Administrator for a hybrid role, joining a small existing team based in NG2 with opportunities for career development. As the Administrator, you will work Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, with an hour for lunch. When working in the office, this client offers a canteen to allow you to step away from work and relax during your break. Responsibilities include: File management - updating and maintaining all files, ensuring documents are filed correctly and named in line with the business-wide naming convention, and ensuring the correct folder structures are adopted (both electronic and paper). File opening - ensuring matters are set up on the relevant document/case management system, and that client/framework-specific processes are followed at all times. Undertaking all file closing/archiving procedures, ensuring compliance and that client/framework processes are followed at all times. Making room and taxi bookings as requested, organising hand deliveries and courier requests, and handling other ad hoc requests. Printing/copying/scanning of documents, referring high-volume jobs to document solutions for support as appropriate.
