As an Administrator, your primary focus will be supporting the PPM Supervisor and managing stage 1 complaints. You will ensure Pre Planned Maintenance (PPM) tasks are raised & sent out to engineers, raise all follow-on quoted works when required and maintain accurate records across client & company systems. In a client-facing environment, you will also be responsible for handling complaints, ensuring they are logged, tracked, and resolved efficiently, including all associated correspondence. To be successful, you should maintain a solution-oriented attitude. Approach complaints constructively and communicate clearly to help achieve positive results.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE OF DEALING WITH COUNCILS AND BOROUGHSExperience in an administrative roleStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalHigh attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative processesProactive and solution focused with a positive attitudeStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressureExcellent time management and prioritization skillsCustomer focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high quality service
