Sales Administrator - Engineering BusinessLocation: CoventrySalary: £25,000Hours: Full-time, Monday to FridayWorking Arrangement: Office-based Macildowie are working with this client based in Coventry to recruit a Sales Administrator for an innovative and expanding engineering business. This position is central to the sales support function and offers a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced and collaborative team. You'll support the full sales cycle, from enquiry through to delivery, working closely with teams across sales, operations, and engineering. Key responsibilities include: Acting as the first point of contact for customers, providing updates and technical product information Preparing and issuing quotations, orders, and invoices Supporting the sales team with meeting coordination, inbox management, and CRM updates Liaising with internal departments to ensure order timelines are met Maintaining accurate records, sales forecasts, and reporting tools Processing purchase orders and assisting with materials tracking Delivering aftersales support including warranty queries and returns Assisting with tender documentation and large-scale pricing submissions Providing wider administrative support to the business as needed Ideal candidate background: Experience in sales administration, order processing or customer service, preferably within an engineering, manufacturing, or technical setting Highly organised with strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity wi
