This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive Administrator to join a friendly, supportive office environment and play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesActing as the first point of contact for incoming office calls Providing daily support to site drivers, including PPE requirements and site-related printingRecording and maintaining subcontractor insurance documents and accreditations, and chasing renewals where requiredOrganising employee training through approved online training providersSupporting Health & Safety processes, including collating site start-up boxes in line with all H&S protocolsRegularly checking and replenishing First Aid kits for site useMaintaining the fleet vehicle database, including MOTs, servicing and road taxLiaising with the Contracts Supervisor to arrange MOTs and vehicle servicingUsing Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel for daily administrative tasksPhotocopying and printing documents for Directors and senior managementEssential skills and experience include:Proven experience in an Office Administrator, Office Assistant or similar roleExcellent organisational and time management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesA confident and pleasant telephone mannerGood working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and ExcelFamilia
