• Managing systems and customer data: Keeping our vital information accurate and up-to-date, ensuring smooth operations.
• Handling project documentation: Organising and maintaining essential documents for various projects, ensuring easy access and compliance.
• Providing exceptional customer support: Being a friendly and helpful first point of contact for our customers, resolving queries efficiently.
• Supporting internal stakeholders: Assisting various departments and team members with their administrative needs.
• Utilising CRM systems: Effectively using our Customer Relationship Management system to track interactions and manage data.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within the property sector (though not essential).
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
