AdministratorGlasgowFull-Time, Permanent £25,244An established organisation is currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join their busy administration team, following upcoming internal changes.This role would suit an experienced administrator who enjoys a varied position combining event coordination, customer service, and general office support. Full on-site training will be provided. You’ll report directly to the Office Manager and play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities: Coordinating events, including managing bookings, pricing, and allocation of resourcesHandling diary management and travel arrangements within an event coordination settingManaging customer enquiries and providing a high standard of serviceSupporting multi-booking requests, tours, and bespoke arrangementsAssisting with general administrative duties across the departmentUsing internal accounting systems and supporting routine financial admin tasksEnsuring accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail in all tasks About You: Previous administrative experience is essentialStrong communication and customer service skillsConfident using IT systems and office softwareHighly organised with excellent attention to detailComfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentSome knowledge of accounting or finance systems would be advantageous Working Hours: 37.5 hours per weekMonday to Thursday: 9:00am – 4:30pmFriday: 8:30am – 4:00pm For more information, please contact Codie Smith at Pertemps Recruitment.
