- Your role and responsibilities
In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, helping to ensure the smooth running of our teacher training programme. On a typical day, you might
- Administer key business processes, especially those related to trainee recruitment
- Place orders for supplies and services, and manage stock levels
- Provide accurate information, research and reports to support the service
- Help design and develop administrative systems, databases and spreadsheets
- Build expertise in our systems and become a go-to person for your area
- Be the first point of contact for stakeholders, offering a friendly and efficient service
- Share information with internal and external customers
- Liaise with NESTT tutors and trainees on a range of queries and issues
- You’ll be joining a team that values collaboration, precision and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- How do you handle difficult or distressed customers while maintaining professionalism?
- How do you ensure confidentiality and data protection when handling sensitive information?
