ROLE DESCRIPTION

Are you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service?

Newcastle College is seeking a proactive and professional Administrator to join our Central Support Service team. This vital role supports the smooth running of the service, including administration of the Single Point of Entry (SPoE) for learners with additional support needs and reception duties. You'll be part of a collaborative team committed to delivering outstanding support to students and staff

As an Administrator, you will:

Provide a high standard of customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions with professionalism and care

Accurately input and validate data in systems

Prepare documents and reports using Microsoft Office tools

We're looking for someone with:

Level 2 English and Maths

NVQ Level 2 in Administration or equivalent

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365

Experience with student records systems and liaising with external partners is desirable.
