We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to join our established team. Reporting to our Area Repairs Manager, our Fire Risk Assessment Works Administrator provide administrative, clerical and support to Property Care. In addition, we are looking for candidates that have a passion to advocate on behalf of people and communities.


What do our FRA Works Administrator do;

  • Provide administrative, clerical and support to Property Care with data systems support, administrative support and the preparation of documents and delivery of services.

  • Manage the records, data and systems relating to FRA works, Legionella, Gas Servicing, Electrical, Lifts and Asbestos ensuring monthly updates are provided.

  • Deliver an excellent customer service in all areas of Property Care engagement with residents, clients and third party stakeholders.

  • Liaise and update residents with general day to day queries.


What we are looking for;

  • Good standard of general education with a minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent at Grade C or above including English and Maths.

  • Experience of responding positively to customer queries and complaints conscientiously and diligently with attention to detail.

  • Experience of working in a busy administrative role.

  • High levels of IT literacy including Microsoft Office

  • Ability to respond efficiently and effectively to demands of work.
