A busy startup founder is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a short-term project. The role is to provide day-to-day support by handling scheduling, email management, and organizational tasks so the founder can stay focused on business growth. Responsibilities: • Manage and organize the founder’s calendar, schedule meetings, and send reminders • Handle email correspondence, draft responses, and maintain inbox organization • Prepare simple documents, reports, and spreadsheets as needed • Conduct light research (vendors, competitors, tools, resources) • Keep digital files and folders neatly organized and accessible • Assist with travel planning or small personal admin tasks when required • Anticipate the founder’s needs and proactively offer solutions Requirements: • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or virtual assistant • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English) • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and Microsoft Office • Ability to work independently, stay proactive, and meet deadlines • Discretion with sensitive and confidential information
