  • Our team of Social Infrastructure specialists revitalise homes and communities by carrying out a wide range of work, from retrofit to refurbishment, and maintenance.
  • Job Description
  • Manage reception area and look after visitors
  • Answer phone calls and transfer them as necessary
  • Manage correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
  • Manage outgoing post and record data on special deliveries
  • Maintain stock lists and order office supplies as needed
  • Manage customer queries – log and pass to the relevant Manager
  • Record and populate defect packs, making necessary arrangements and liaise with Reinstatement Manager
  • Record utility damages and make calls to appropriate utility company
  • Arrange meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments
  • Assist in planning and arranging events, including organising catering
  • Photocopy, scan and file appropriate documents as needed
  • Draft, format and print relevant documents
  • Interact with staff and carry out their requests
  • Any other duties deemed appropriate
  • Qualifications
  • Key Skills (Essential)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work without supervision
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, verbal and written.
  • Technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft office programs
  • Strong prioritisation and organisation skills

  • Prior reception/customer service experience
