Administration / Office Manager£35,000 - £45000 + Bonus + BenefitsHybrid 4 days a week in the office Stratford (Close to Stratford London Underground Station)The CompanyEstablished and ambitious Recruitment Consultancy Company with a small successful team have an opportunity for a dedicated and hands on sole charge administration manager. The role will be wide ranging and exists within a small but vibrant environment.Previous experience within the Recruitment industry is highly desirable.Experience & Skills needed· At least 5 years previous experience in working in an office administration role· Proficient in both written and verbal communication including fluency in English· Proactive, able to work to deadlines and urgency· Discretion and confidentiality· Computer literacy including Microsoft office and Outlook· Strong organisational skills· Attention to detail· Able to work to deadlines· Confident team player· Typing skills· IT literate including MS officeThe RoleReporting to the Directors, you will work closely with the Directors and sales team in a role which is wide ranging and can be broadly split into 6 areas:· Administration to support the sales and consultancy team· Liaising with third party suppliers such as umbrella companies· Administration including typing and document management· Office & Software administration· HR administration support· Onboarding and set up of new employees and contract workers· Oversight of CRM /ATS· Occasional ad hoc projects Work Sponsorship will not be provided
