This is a 12 month contract role.Our clients, a well established professional body are recruiting for a new role in their Registrations team. The role would suit a graduate or equivalent, who has a broad range of administration skills - experience gained within not for profit or higher education organisations would be good but by no means essential.Some of the duties of this role will be to:process professional registrationsmaintain accurate recordsdeal with applications, renewals, payments, data updates etcdata cleansing and validationwork with numerical data, statistics, data extractssupport projectsISO quality management and data protection complianceThe skills required for the role include:confident customer service skills, ideally gained from a membership or professional bodyexcellent experience of data handling and information managementstrong written and verbal communication skillsexperience of working with CRM databaseexcellent attention to detaila good understanding of data quality and validationexcellent numeracy skills
