Job Advert: Administration CoordinatorLocation: On site based in Leamington Salary: £13.45ph Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pmRole Purpose for a Administration Coordinator:The role of Administration Coordinator will provide administrative support in relation to the ongoing daily management of the office building and its staff and visitors.Key Responsibilities of a Administration Coordinator:Support the day-to-day running and maintenance of the office and buildingEnsure the office equipment, security and fire installations are regularly maintained and servicedEnsure there is sufficient general stock for the building, e.g., stationary, office equipment, refreshments, and other office supplies as and when necessaryProvide reception support, including dealing with postage, couriers and switchboard cover and when requiredManage incoming calls and emails and forward accordinglySupport in the maintenance of the buildingMaintain accurate records in relation to supplier information and associated contracts including HR admin supportTake on Ad-hoc projects to support the development and the growth of the organisationKey Skills/Attributes of a Administration Coordinator:Previous experience in a similar rolePrevious HR Administration would be beneficialExceptional communication skillsHighly organised, efficient and capable of completing tasks within set timeframesFlexible and resilient, willingly able to adapt to meet changing priorities or business requirementsAbility to maintain confidentiality at all timesGood organisational and problem solving skillsWell presented with a professional mannerIntermediate knowledge
