Job Title: Temporary AdministratorContract Type: 3-Month Temporary AssignmentLocation: LS18Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to FridayHourly Rate: £13.00Start Date: ASAP About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Temporary Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of an education provider. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills to contribute to a dynamic and student-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to academic and support staff.Manage incoming communications including emails, phone calls, and post.Maintain and update student records and databases accurately.Assist with the coordination of meetings, events, and training sessions.Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required.Support enrolment and admissions processes.Handle confidential information in line with data protection policies.Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed. Person Specification: Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within education or a similar sector.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).A team player with a flexible and positive attitude.Ability to work independently and use initiative.
