I am Chris a UK based real estate advisor running a short term lettings business. It is just me and my wife at the moment and things move fast. We are looking for a right hand person to help me stay on top of everything look after clients and close more deals. This is not a read a script and hand over leads kind of job. I need someone who can do a bit of everything calling qualifying following up and making sure clients feel looked after. Basically someone who can keep the pipeline moving and keep people happy. If you are quick reliable and hungry to grow this could be a role where you stick around long term and make some serious money along the way. What You Will Be Doing Messaging homeowners to ask for updates on their side and book free strategy sessions with me. Asking smart questions to figure out ownership goals and timing. Following up like a pro calls texts emails keeping leads warm and moving forward. Checking in with clients so they always feel supported and ready to book time with me. Booking appointments straight into my calendar. Being responsive available for quick turn tasks under 1 hour outside normal hours anything longer gets paid extra. Helping with webinars down the line answering chat questions logging questions and answers etc. Who I Am Looking For Someone who has done sales or appointment setting before real estate experience is a bonus. Fast and dependable you reply quickly and get things done. Independent I do not have time to micromanage. Enjoys selling you like making calls handling objections and booking meetings. People focused you care about clients and want them to feel supported. Flexible happy working with both buyers and sellers. Process minded if you have got a system that works I am open to learning from it. Pay and Growth up to $5 dollars per hour to start Commission for closed deals Pay reviews every 6 months based on performance speed consistency Up to hours per week plus quick turn extras Room to grow higher hourly rate commissions more responsibility and a chance to become my true right hand Why This Job Rocks Trust matters I need someone who makes life easier not harder.
