Description Provide administrative support to the audit team in Sheffield.Assist in preparing and organising audit documentation and records.Maintain accurate data entry and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.Coordinate and schedule audit-related meetings and appointments.Respond to internal and external queries promptly and professionally.Help with filing, scanning, and archiving of documents as required.Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.Contribute to maintaining an organised and efficient office environment. Profile A successful Admin - Audit Team professional should have: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role is advantageous.Capability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
