Hi there! We own a coaching business and our CEO is a global Entrepreneur who's well known in the business industry. Our business is very well established, we've been going since 2017. We've worked with hundreds of business owners from around the world. We're based in the UK and we operate in USA, Canada, UK. We help business owners grow their revenue through business strategies and MANIFESTATION principles, so you must be familiar with the law of attraction industry! The current PA to the CEO needs to find a highly enthusiastic and professional Executive Assistant to look after the business. You will have experience in a high-level administrative role, who can assist the business with different tasks. Tasks include: • DAILY community management: reply to comments on Facebook group, business page, LinkedIn & Instagram • Posting & engagement: comment on other IG profiles DAILY, schedule daily posts (testimonials, reels, quotes, long-form content, polls) • 5-day challenge support: accept/tag new members, send welcome DMs, track responses in spreadsheets, follow up & keep them accountable • Weekly uploads: add our coaching calls replays to membership site with canva thumbnails • Client wins: record client wins to a spreadsheet from each client call & create “Client of the Week” posts on our Facebook group • Podcast & session promotion: draft weekly posts/emails, schedule group & IG content • Admin: compile monthly attendance reports, welcome new clients, track client birthdays We love a bubbly personality! We want someone who's highly energetic with strong well-spoken English and strong interpersonal skills. 2 hours per day needed currently. You must be good with Go High Level (GHL).
