This role is responsible for developing high performing ad copy across paid social with a clear focus on conversion and brand building. The creative strategist will not only write copy but will deeply understand what drives performance and conversions in the supplement space and why certain messages win with different audiences. You will research competitors across the UK and US markets analysing their messaging angles hooks claims tone of voice formats and offers to identify gaps and opportunities. You will continuously review what is working across Meta / TikTok and emerging platforms and translate those insights into compelling original copy that feels premium credible and results driven. You will create ad copy that balances education aspiration and persuasion while remaining compliant within the supplement category. This includes short form performance copy strong hooks scroll stopping headlines body copy CTAs and longer form storytelling where required. You will create clear briefs for design teams. You will develop loose scripts and content frameworks for founder led video content positioning the founder she is credible entrepreneur talking about her journey. This will include talking points story arcs and narrative prompts rather than rigid scripts allowing content to feel natural confident and authentic on camera. You will adapt messaging for different demographics and markets ensuring UK content and US content are culturally relevant tonally appropriate and commercially effective. This includes understanding differences in language claims humour aspiration and buying psychology between UK and US audiences. You will collaborate closely with paid media creative designers and the wider marketing team to test iterate and optimise messaging based on performance data. You will use insights from testing to refine angles build winning frameworks and scale what works. You will help shape the overall brand voice across performance and organic channels ensuring consistency while allowing flexibility for different platforms audiences and objectives. You will be someone who is commercially minded creative and strategic with a strong instinct for what converts and the discipline to back ideas with research testing and insight rather than opinion alone.
