We’re now looking for a talented ad creative designer to help us produce eye-catching, hype-driven ads for Reddit, TikTok, and Instagram. What We Need Ad designs (static images, not video) that are: Bold, colorful, and energetic (inspired by Vault-X). Pokémon collector–focused, fun, and hype. Optimized for each platform: Reddit (1200×628, 16:9 widescreen) TikTok / Instagram Reels (1080×1920, 9:16 vertical) Instagram Feed (1080×1080, 1:1 square) 3 Core Layouts (with variations for A/B testing): Dual Binder Hero — both Subject Zero & Ghost Town featured. Single Binder Spotlight — one product highlighted per creative. Lifestyle Flex — aspirational collector vibe with binders + cards. Logo. Brand palette (to be extracted from product photos). Messaging & taglines. What You’ll Deliver 3–5 high-quality ad creative concepts, export-ready in required dimensions. Source files (PSD/AI/Figma). Ad designs that balance brand consistency with Pokémon-inspired energy/hype. Ideal Candidate Strong portfolio in social media ad design (bonus: experience with gaming/TCG/ecommerce brands). Ability to create bold, colorful, eye-catching graphics. Familiarity with designing for Reddit, TikTok, and Instagram formats. Responsive communicator, open to feedback + quick iteration. Please include in your proposal: Portfolio or examples of ad creatives you’ve designed. Your approach to making static ads pop on social platforms.
