Reporting Actuary Our L+P client is looking for a highly skilled Reporting Actuary to join their team for a 4 months initial contract. Key Responsibilities Produce and validate actuarial results for IFRS 17 or Solvency II reporting cycles.Support financial reporting, valuation, and capital management activities.Develop and maintain actuarial models using tools such as Prophet, RAFM, or equivalent.Collaborate with Finance, Risk, and wider business teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of results.Contribute to process improvements, controls, and documentation standards.Provide technical analysis and clear commentary to support business decision-making. Skills & Experience Qualified ActuaryStrong background in life insurance actuarial work (e.g., valuation, reporting, modelling).Practical experience with IFRS 17 and/or Solvency II regulatory frameworks.Proficiency in actuarial modelling software and Excel; programming skills (e.g., Python, R, VBA) beneficial.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities.
