Job Title: Actuarial Modelling Graduate It’s an exciting time to join our Pricing, Reserving and Risk Management teams as an Actuarial Modelling Graduate. You’ll be provided with excellent career development opportunities, with placements in at least two of our Retail Pricing, Commercial Pricing, Health, Reserving or Risk Management teams, over a three-year period. You’ll quickly become part of the team, providing technical support using a variety of tools and methods in analytics, modelling, pricing, reserving, capital modelling and risk management. Your work will enhance our understanding of insurance and financial risk and costs. You'll leverage traditional approaches on established systems and innovative practices on new infrastructure, drawing on emerging data science practices to provide valuable insight. With a personalised and tailored development plan driven by you, you'll receive constant support and guidance from your line managers and mentors, to learn, grow and excel in the role. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Working Hours & Shift Pattern: Full time, Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of your learning pathway, we’re unable to fulfil part time working. What you’ll be doing: Create, maintain, validate and reconcile exposure and claims data to be ready for analysis/modelling. Support in the creation, maintenance, deployment and testing of predictive models. Build insight using this data to identify trends and patterns to inform actions supporting line of business strategy. Assist in ensuring processes are efficient and enhanced to meet business needs
