You will create engaging monthly programmes as well as tailored one-to-one activities that reflect residents’ interests, abilities, and individual care needs. From music and movement to arts, quizzes, crafts and themed events, you’ll offer variety and fun to promote wellbeing and connection.You’ll take time to build relationships with residents, understand their personal stories, and help them continue doing what they love — whether that’s gardening, painting, singing or simply having a chat over a cuppa. You will also work closely with care staff to ensure all activities are inclusive, meaningful and adapted to individual needs, including those living with dementia.What We’re Lo
