We provide specialist support for individuals with mental health conditions, including Korsakoff’s syndrome and Alcohol Related Brain Damage, promoting independence for up to 34 residents.We are looking for a compassionate and creative Activities Assistant to help residents enjoy meaningful, engaging days. You will work with the Activities Coordinator and the care team to deliver person centred activities that support social, emotional, physical and cognitive wellbeing.What We Offer£12.21 per hour15 contracted hours per week Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 4pmPension scheme, paid DBS, uniform provided5.6 weeks annual leave based on a full time contractWhat You Will DoSupport the planning and delivery of varied activities tailored to individual interests and abilities. Encourage participation and inclusion in group and one to one sessions. Help organise events, themed days and occasional outings, ensuring comfort and safety. Record attendance and feedback to inform care plans. Assist residents to keep in touch with family and friends, including by phone or video calls.
