The role we have Following the successful raise of a revolving credit facility to support the acquisition of over £1 billion of assets during the next year, MCR is seeking an experienced real estate investment and development professional to join its London-based acquisitions team as an Analyst or Associate. This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of a high-growth investment platform, sourcing and executing transactions across multiple sectors nationwide. The successful candidate will bring strong relationships with commercial real estate agents, brokers, and receivers, alongside the commercial acumen required to originate and progress value-add opportunities across the UK property market. Responsibilities: Support the acquisition manager by creating development appraisals and cash flow modelsSource, review, and negotiate multi-sector real estate opportunities for value-add investmentConduct market research and property-level due diligenceCoordinate and manage input from professional consultantsWork closely with internal planning, development, asset management, sales, and lettings teamsSupport and participate in legal reviews through to completion Candidate Requirements:
