In this hands-on and varied role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the Accounts Payable function, from processing high-volume invoices to supporting month-end and driving process improvements. You'll be part of a collaborative finance team that values accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include: Processing multi-country import stock invoices with an understanding of tax implicationsManaging overhead invoices, ensuring correct coding, prepayments, and accrualsPreparing and processing BACS and international payment runs for approvalSetting up new supplier accounts and maintaining accurate recordsReconciling multi-currency bank accounts and company credit cardsPosting intercompany purchase invoices and journals About you:You'll be a detail-driven and proactive finance professional with a solid grounding in Accounts Payable.
