About the role We are seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team in Sydney on a 12-month contract. This role will assist in all aspects of the finance team with particular focus on Accounts Payable, accounting/ administration functions to ensure compliance, delivery and accurate and timely results. In this role you would be responsible for; Accounts Payable tasks Bank and credit card payment reconciliation Reporting to stakeholders Resolve queries from internal and external contacts Reconcile General Ledgers with subsidiary ledger Handling audit queries About you As an excellent communicator with an eye for detail, you will enjoy working as part of a team and providing a high standard of customer service. Your organisational skills assist you in ensuring deadlines are met and your experience in the use of Microsoft Office including Excel provides you with confidence in its daily use. You will also have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Accounting preferably in Accounts Payable and hold a relevant Tertiary qualification.
