It is fully regulated, internationally recognised, and continues to grow its presence across multiple European markets.Your new role Processing & coding supplier invoices accurately and promptlyReconciling supplier statements & resolving discrepanciesManaging weekly and monthly payment runsReviewing staff expenses & corporate card transactionsPosting to multi-currency bank accountsMaintaining the AP ledger with full accuracySupporting month-end close, including accruals & reportingLiaising with internal teams to resolve invoice/payment queriesEnsuring VAT compliance & adherence to internal controlsSupporting internal & external audits with required documentationAssisting with system improvements & finance process efficienciesContributing to ad hoc finance projectsWhat you'll need to succeed5-10 years' experience in an Accounts Payable roleStrong attention to detail in high-volume environmentsSolid understanding of double entry & an interest in accountancyStrong organisational skills & ability to manage deadlinesProficiency in Excel + experience with SAP/Sage or similarExcellent communication skills & stakeholder relationship buildingKnowledge of VAT & expense policiesSAP Concur experience (desirable)AAT qualification (desirable, not essential) What you'll get in returnCompetitive Marke
