Robert Half Finance & Accounting are supporting a business based in central Bristol who are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team on an interim basis for 12 months. This role has flexible working hours and hybrid working available. Start Date: February 2026 Duration: 12 months Location: Central Bristol Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 - (Dependent on experience) Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, hybrid working is 3 days in, 2 from home. Flexible working with core hours Responsibilities: Management of supplierAccurate coding of supplier invoices to the ledgerHandling queriesMaintain accurate, up-to-date supplier recordsAssisting with monthly liaison with suppliersChecking new suppliers against the approved/preferred supplier listing Desired experience/background: Proven previous experience in an Accounts Payable roleInitiative to work in both individually and in a team environmentHigh attention to detailExcellent communicationComputer literateExperience using NetSuite - Desirable Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
