This is an urgent requirement, and our client is seeking candidates who are available immediately or on very short notice. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced environment where you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day finance operations while building strong supplier relationships. Key Responsibilities Manage the purchase ledger, including posting invoices, reconciling supplier statements, and preparing payment runs Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers Handle and negotiate trade terms to ensure best value and favourable payment conditions Work closely with production teams to resolve supplier-related issues and support smooth operational flow Support the wider finance team, assisting with month-end tasks and providing cover where needed Respond promptly to invoice discrepancies and supplier queries Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal processes Key Skills & Experience Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role (manufacturing experience advantageous) Strong communication and negotiation skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Proficiency in accounting software, including Sage50, and Microsoft Excel A proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on envi
