Our award winning and rapidly growing client is currently looking to offer a new role to an experienced Accounts Assistant to come work on exciting new projects they have to offer on a temporary basis with high prospect for extension or permanent. The successful candidate for this role will need exceptional interpersonal skills allowing you to liaise with high-profile stakeholders of the business as well as confidently communicate with the team to provide effective support. In this role you will take on duties such as processing high volume invoices, completing supplier statement reconciliations, getting involved in credit control, and providing support on the project. Skills required: Have prior experience in a similar role where it is heavily focused on purchase ledger and credit control allowing you to join the team and hit the ground running.Be an intermediate user of Excel capable of manipulating data (VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables)Have strong organisational skills allowing you to maintain your ledger and track everything efficiently.Be immediately available or on a shortened notice period.
