What you'll do In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality outsourced finance services. Your responsibilities will include: Processing purchase invoices accurately and matching them to purchase orders across multiple clients.Assisting with the preparation and review of client bank payments in line with established procedures.Supporting complex bank reconciliations and ensuring transactions are correctly cleared and matched.Responding promptly to internal and external queries relating to invoices and reconciliations.Posting transactions to the General Ledger and ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data.Preparing month-end journals, including accruals, prepayments, and fixed asset postings.Maintaining strong client relationships through professional, timely communication.Ensuring compliance with all client processes, approval workflows, and payment procedures.Managing a varied workload effectively across multiple clients and deadlines.Providing support and training to junior colleagues, including school leavers, in accounts payable processes.
